Over the course of 2 hours we will go through a process where we:

1. Learn Qigong.

2. Identify the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual factors that need healing.

3. Perform a healing in which we begin to address what has been uncovered.

4. Learn specific Qigong and other healing techniques to facilitate self-healing.

This session will take place over video. If you need to see me in person, that may be arranged, but there will be an additional cost based on your location.
